SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How We Do It

All items are shipped via USPS flat rate. All orders are customer printed with a production time of 3-5 days. After order has been printed, you will received a shipping confrmation. Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 3 - 5 business days after confirmation of shipment depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii and internationally will take 7–15 days for delivery and are subject to an additional delivery fee.  NOTE: USPS has extended ship times due to COVID19. USPS can no longer accept or deliver international mail to several countries due to COVID-19 service impacts. Please visit USPS.com to see all countries with temporary service and guaranteed-delivery suspensions.

Everything You Need to Know

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without lint, hair, body odor or fragrance. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please keep your tracking number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as it's unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card.
