To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without lint, hair, body odor or fragrance. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as it's unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card.

 

All items are shipped via USPS flat rate. Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 3 - 5 business days after shipping depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii and internationally will take 7–15 days for delivery and are subject to an additional delivery fees.  NOTE: USPS has extended ship times due to COVID19.
